How Around The Clock FDC Came To Be

Kristy has worked within the early childhood sector for over the past 19 years. In this time she always dreamed of opening her own facility that would offer the community more than just the standard care options. It wasnt until having her own family that this passion deepened and introduced her to the world of Family day Care and the vision of Around The Clock Family Day Care was born. Kristy is the true face of ATCFDC and as well as working behind the scenes she is most passionate about working alongside our team of Educators and staying present and current in the ever growing and changing industry that is children's services today! Kristy wanted a service that values and respects all who are apart of it and that every member - Educator, Child and Family all feel they have a voice and a valued one at that! Everyone is more than an number but at intergral part that makes up ATCFDC as a whole!

Alisha

Finance officer / Accounts

Alisha has worked within the child care industry for over 21 years. Her journey began after she completed her Advanced Diploma in Children's Services and started working within the long day care sector. From there she moved into Family Day Care where she became the Nominated Supervisor for a service. After a few years and starting a family of her own but still wanting to stay working within the field she was so passionate about Alisha moved into the Administration side of children's services and where she stands today as our Finance Officer & Accounts Manager. We all know her as the software guru and all things CCS / Centrelink she is our go to #1 person!

Mallisa

Educational Leader / Coordinator

Mallisa has been working in the Early Childhood Education and Care industry for the last 10 years. During this time she has operated her own FDC service. Mallisa brings with her a wealth of knowledge and passion which makes her a perfect member to our staffing team here at ATCFDC. Mallisa has a young family of her own, so she understands the importance of providing a service that offers quality care to both children and their families. Mallisa believes that all children should have equal opportunities and an environment where they feel safe and secure, but most of all, a place where they feel at home to have fun!
